Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of promptfromvideo.com and the Prompt From Video services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Prompt From Video analyzes videos and links to create structured prompts for third-party AI video models. Some features may also generate a new video from a prompt. Features, limits, supported providers, and output quality may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You may not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, evade safety controls, distribute malware, or create prohibited abusive or sexual content.

3. Your uploads and links

You are solely responsible for every video, URL, prompt, and other item you submit. You confirm that you own the material or have all permissions needed to upload, analyze, transform, and generate from it. Do not submit private, confidential, copyrighted, or personal material without proper authorization.

You keep ownership of your submitted material. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

4. AI-generated output

Prompts, analyses, and recreated videos are AI-generated and will be labeled accordingly where they are displayed or exported by the service. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for others. You must review it before relying on, publishing, or using it commercially, and you are responsible for the way you use it.

5. Plans, credits, and billing

Current plan prices and credit exchange rates appear on the Pricing page. Monthly credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire. Unless required by law, credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Refund policy

Purchases are final once credits or subscription benefits are delivered, except where applicable law requires a refund or we confirm an incorrect or duplicate charge. We do not offer automated self-service refunds. To request review of a billing issue, email support@promptfromvideo.com with the account email and transaction details. Failed generation jobs are eligible for automatic credit restoration when that feature is active.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for authentication, storage, payments, email, analytics, video understanding, and video generation. Their availability and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or the public, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending a subscription stops future renewals but does not create a refund right.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Contact support@promptfromvideo.com with legal or billing questions.
