This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt From Video collects, uses, and shares information when you use promptfromvideo.com and related services.

We collect account details such as your email address and authentication provider identifier; videos, URLs, prompts, and settings you submit; generated analyses and recreation results; and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and usage events.

Payment providers process card and billing details. We receive limited transaction information such as customer identifiers, plan, payment status, and receipts, but we do not store complete payment card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide video analysis and generation, operate accounts and credits, process payments, send service emails, enforce limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Uploads, links, and AI processing

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to submit and process each video or link. Submitted material may be sent to contracted AI and storage providers solely to perform the requested service. Output produced by these systems is AI-generated and is labeled that way where it is displayed or exported by Prompt From Video.

4. Retention

Temporary source video uploads are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. We may retain account records, generated results you choose to save, credit ledger entries, payment records, security logs, and support correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, analytics, video analysis, and video generation. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and guest usage limits. We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate traffic and product performance. Browser controls can limit optional cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent features from working.
